이번 사업은 경제적 부담이 큰 신혼부부를 대상으로 주거환경 개선을 도와 안정적인 가정을 꾸릴 수 있도록 지원하기 위해 마련됐다.
지원대상은 ▲부부 합산 연소득 8,000만 원 이하 ▲혼인신고일 기준 7년 이내 ▲신청일로부터 3개월 이내 결혼 예정인 신혼부부로, 일정 요건을 갖춘 가구라면 신청할 수 있다.
지원내용은 2024년에 매입한 매입금액 2억 원 이하의 주택 중 사용검사 후 10년이 지난 주택을 리모델링할 경우 공사비 일부를 지원하는 것이다. 대상자로 선정되면 최대 500만 원의 리모델링 비용을 지원받게 된다.
