이번 프로그램은 지난 7월 열린 ‘퍼스널컬러 진단’ 클래스 참가자들의 피드백을 반영해 기획된 것으로, 모델 출신 전문 강사 3명이 참여자들의 걸음걸이를 개인별로 진단하고 올바른 보행법과 건강에 미치는 영향을 안내하는 방식으로 구성됐다.

행사에는 총 60명의 울진 군민이 참여했으며, 참가금은 네이버 해피빈 재단을 통해 국제구호단체 ‘기아대책’에 전액 기부됐다.

한 참가자는 “20년간 허리 디스크로 고생하다 이번 프로그램에 참여했는데, 올바른 걸음걸이가 허리 건강에 얼마나 중요한지 알게 됐다”며 “자세 교정을 통해 통증 완화에 도움이 될 수 있다는 희망을 얻었고, 생활 속에서도 꾸준히 실천해 나가겠다”고 소감을 밝혔다.

이세용 본부장은 “지난 ‘퍼스널컬러 진단’에 이어 건강 관련 프로그램으로 군민들의 만족도가 높아 보람을 느낀다”며 “앞으로도 울진 군민들이 건강과 행복을 함께 얻을 수 있는 다양한 프로그램을 지속적으로 발굴하겠다”고 말했다.

Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. Hanul Nuclear Power Plant Headquarters (CEO Lee Se-yong, hereinafter referred to as Hanul Headquarters) held a one-day class, "Walking with Correct Posture," at the Energy Atelier on September 16th and 17th.

This program was designed based on feedback from participants in the "Personal Color Diagnosis" class held in July. Three professional instructors, both former models, individually assessed participants' gait and provided guidance on proper walking techniques and their impact on health.

A total of 60 Uljin County residents participated in the event, and all proceeds were donated to the international relief organization "Food for the Hungry" through the Naver Happy Bean Foundation.

One participant said, "After suffering from a herniated disc for 20 years, I participated in this program and realized how important proper walking is for back health." He added, "I gained hope that correcting my posture can help alleviate my pain, and I will continue to implement this in my daily life."
