회계별로는 일반회계가 7,620억 원으로 151억 원(2.02%) 증가했으며, 특별회계는 576억 원으로 21억 원(3.56%) 감소했다.
이번 추경안은 올해 마지막 정리 추경으로, 국·도비 보조사업 변경 사항을 반영하는 동시에 연내 집행이 어려운 사업 및 완료된 사업의 잔액을 조정해 재투자한 것이 특징이다. 이를 통해 주요 현안 사업이 연말까지 차질 없이 추진될 수 있도록 예산 배분에 중점을 두었다.
주요 편성 사업은 ▲산림피해지 위험목 제거사업 74억 원 ▲농작물 재해보험료 지원 26억 원 ▲산림재해대책비 15억 원 ▲3~4월 발생한 과수 저온피해 복구비 12억 원 ▲소규모 시설물 정비사업 9억 원 ▲부남면 대전리 용전천 제방 정비사업 8억 원 ▲파천면 신기리 신기천 정비사업 8억 원 ▲진보 진안지구 도시재생 뉴딜사업 7억 원 ▲사부실 경로당 리모델링 공사 4억 원 등이다.
청송군 관계자는 “예기치 못한 자연재해와 경기 침체로 재정 운용이 쉽지 않았던 한 해였지만, 이번 추경에 꼭 필요한 사업을 반영해 지역경제와 군민 생활에 보탬이 될 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Key projects include: 7.4 billion won for the removal of hazardous trees in forest damage areas; 2.6 billion won for crop disaster insurance premium support; 1.5 billion won for forest disaster countermeasures; 1.2 billion won for restoration of low-temperature damage to fruit trees in March and April; 900 million won for small-scale facility maintenance projects; 800 million won for the Yongjeoncheon Stream embankment maintenance project in Daejeon-ri, Bunam-myeon; 800 million won for the Singicheon Stream maintenance project in Singi-ri, Pacheon-myeon; 700 million won for the Jinan District Urban Regeneration New Deal Project; and 400 million won for the Sabusil Senior Center remodeling project.
A Cheongsong County official stated, "While it was a challenging year for fiscal management due to unexpected natural disasters and an economic downturn, we will do our best to incorporate essential projects into this supplementary budget to contribute to the local economy and the well-being of our residents."
