먼저 청송군은 도전하는 청년을 위한 창업·취업 지원을 강화한다. ‘청년 예비창업가 육성사업’을 통해 19세부터 39세까지의 예비 창업자에게 1인당 최대 1천200만 원의 창업활동비를 지원하고, 창업 전용 공간과 전문 교육을 함께 제공한다.

자기역량 강화를 위한 지원도 확대했다. 미취업 청년(19~49세)을 대상으로 토익, 국가기술자격증 등 각종 자격증 응시료를 1인당 최대 20만 원까지 지원하는 ‘청년 자격증 응시료 지원사업’을 올해 새롭게 도입했다. 또한 공통의 관심사를 가진 청년들이 월 1회 이상 활동할 수 있도록 돕는 ‘청년 소모임 지원사업’을 통해 공익활동 참여와 교류 활성화도 지원한다.

지역 기업과 연계한 고용 지원도 병행한다. 올해 지역 인재(19~49세)를 정규직으로 채용한 업체에는 ‘지역인재 채용 인센티브 지원사업’을 통해 최대 12개월간 월 100만 원 한도의 인건비를 지원해 지역 고용시장에 활력을 불어넣을 계획이다.

주거 부담 완화를 위한 ‘청년 주거 안심망’ 구축에도 힘을 쏟는다. ‘청년 월세지원사업’과 ‘청년 신혼부부 월세지원사업’을 통해 월 최대 20만~30만 원의 임대료를 지원하며, 전세사기 예방을 위해 ‘전세보증금 반환보증 보증료 지원사업’을 시행해 최대 40만 원까지 보증료를 환급한다.

자산 형성을 돕는 ‘청년근로자 사랑채움사업’도 눈길을 끈다. 중소기업에 근무하는 미혼 청년이 2년간 480만 원을 저축하면 청송군이 동일 금액을 지원해 총 960만 원과 이자를 받을 수 있으며, 만기 시 혼인 상태일 경우 결혼축하금 120만 원이 추가로 지급된다.

결혼과 출산을 앞둔 신혼부부를 위한 맞춤형 지원도 강화됐다. ‘신혼부부 임차보증금 이자지원사업’을 통해 연 소득 1억 원 이하 신혼부부를 대상으로 전세보증금(최대 2억 원)에 대한 이자를 최대 5.5%까지 지원한다. 아울러 하객 100명 이하의 스몰웨딩을 진행한 부부에게 예식비용을 최대 300만 원까지 지원하는 ‘작지만 특별한 결혼식 지원사업’을 신설했다.

이와 함께 20대 신혼부부에게 가전·가구 구입비를 최대 100만 원까지 지원하는 ‘20대 결혼 축하 혼수비용 지원사업’을 통해 초기 정착 부담도 낮출 계획이다.

청송군 관계자는 “청년들이 지역사회에 안정적으로 정착하고 미래를 설계할 수 있도록 촘촘한 지원 체계를 마련했다”며 “앞으로도 청년들의 목소리를 반영한 체감도 높은 정책을 지속적으로 발굴해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

To prevent jeonse (lease deposit) fraud, the "Jeonse Deposit Return Guarantee Fee Support Project" will refund up to KRW 400,000 in deposit fees.

The "Youth Worker Love Filling Project," which supports asset building, is also attracting attention. If a single young person working at a small or medium-sized enterprise saves 4.8 million won over two years, Cheongsong County will provide the same amount, for a total of 9.6 million won plus interest. If married at maturity, they will receive an additional 1.2 million won in wedding congratulatory money.

Tailored support for newlyweds preparing for marriage and childbirth has also been strengthened. The "Newlyweds' Rental Deposit Interest Support Project" provides up to 5.5% interest on jeonse (rental deposit) deposits (up to 200 million won) for newlyweds with an annual income of 100 million won or less. Furthermore, the "Small but Special Wedding Support Project" has been established, providing up to 3 million won in wedding expenses for couples with small weddings of 100 guests or fewer.
