청송군은 지난 3월부터 농업인의 안전과 편의 증진을 위해 ‘임대농기계 운반서비스 사업’을 운영하고 있다고 밝혔다.

이번 서비스는 청송군 관내 농업인을 대상으로 하며, 승용제초기, SS기, 트랙터 등 운반이 가능한 56종의 농기계를 지원한다. 다만 자체 동력이 없는 일부 장비는 제외된다.

이용 요금은 편도 2만 원, 왕복 4만 원이며, 신청은 사용일 기준 14일 전부터 가까운 농기계임대사업소를 통해 가능하다. 운반 후에는 수령 확인과 안전교육이 실시되며, 사용 종료 시 장비 회수까지 지원한다.

청송군 농업기술센터 농기계임대센터는 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 본소와 진보상담소, 남부상담소를 중심으로 권역별 운반체계를 구축하고 전담 인력도 확충했다. 이를 통해 지역별 접근성을 높이고 효율적인 운영을 추진할 계획이다.

청송군 관계자는 “운반 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 안전사고를 예방하고, 고령 농업인의 농기계 접근성을 높이는 데 도움이 될 것”이라며 “앞으로도 농업인의 실질적인 부담을 줄이는 정책을 지속적으로 확대해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
