이날 회의에는 공공위원장인 윤경희 군수를 비롯해 민간위원장 이상춘 위원과 대표협의체 위원 15명이 참석해 연차별 시행계획의 추진 결과를 공유하고 개선 방향을 논의했다.

지역사회보장계획은 '사회보장급여의 이용·제공 및 수급권자 발굴에 관한 법률'에 근거해 4년 단위로 수립되는 중장기 복지계획으로, 지역의 복지 수요와 자원 등 여건을 종합적으로 반영한다. 군은 중장기 계획을 토대로 매년 시행계획을 수립·추진하고, 이에 대한 점검과 평가를 지속적으로 실시하고 있다.

청송군은 ‘따뜻한 동행, 함께하는 나눔복지’를 슬로건으로 40개 세부사업을 추진했다. 이 가운데 △행복청송군민대학 △이웃사촌복지센터 운영 △버스 미운행 지역 ‘천원택시’ 운영 등이 우수사업으로 선정됐다. 또한 올해부터는 법정 의무교육인 자살예방 생명지킴이 교육도 병행 추진하며 지역 안전망을 강화하고 있다.

군 관계자는 “지역사회보장협의체를 중심으로 민관 협력 네트워크를 더욱 공고히 해 복지 사각지대를 해소하겠다”며 “군민이 일상에서 체감할 수 있는 실질적인 복지정책을 지속적으로 확대해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Among these, the Happy Cheongsong County Citizens' University, the operation of the Neighborhood Welfare Center, and the operation of the "1,000 Won Taxi" in areas without bus service were selected as outstanding projects.
