경상북도 과수산업육성 시책평가는 과수 생산 분야 예산 확보 노력과 예산 집행의 적정성, 과수산업 육성 추진 실적 등 5개 항목 10개 지표를 기준으로 도내 22개 시·군을 대상으로 종합 평가하는 제도다.
청송군은 이번 평가에서 과실전문생산단지인 부남면 양숙1리지구의 국·도비 공모사업 선정 성과를 비롯해 청송사과 평면형 과원 조성 묘목비 지원사업, 냉해경감제 지원사업 등 시·군 자체 사업 추진 실적 부문에서 우수성을 인정받았다. 이러한 성과가 최우수상 수상으로 이어졌다는 평가다.
청송군 관계자는 “이번 최우수상 수상은 과수 분야에 대한 청송군의 차별화된 노력과 농업 발전을 위한 지속적인 관심, 그리고 현장 중심 정책 추진의 결실”이라며 “앞으로도 미래지향적인 농정 시책을 통해 청송군 과수농업 경쟁력 강화와 지속 가능한 발전에 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

Cheongsong County Wins Grand Prize in Gyeongbuk Fruit Industry Promotion Policy Evaluation
Cheongsong County (Governor Yoon Kyung-hee) announced that it won the Grand Prize in the "2025 Gyeongsangbuk-do Fruit Industry Promotion Policy Evaluation" hosted by Gyeongsangbuk-do Province.
The Gyeongsangbuk-do Fruit Industry Promotion Policy Evaluation is a comprehensive evaluation system that evaluates 22 cities and counties in the province based on five categories and ten indicators, including efforts to secure budget for fruit production, appropriateness of budget execution, and performance in promoting the fruit industry.
Cheongsong County was recognized for its excellence in various initiatives, including the selection of the Bunam-myeon Yangsuk 1-ri District, a specialized fruit production complex, through a national and provincial funding project, the Cheongsong Apple Flat-Plane Orchard Seedling Support Project, and the Cold Damage Mitigation Support Project. These achievements are believed to have led to its Grand Prize.
