【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 달성군이 국민권익위원회가 실시한 ‘2025년 공공기관 종합청렴도 평가’에서 대구·경북 지역 기초자치단체 중 유일하게 최고 등급인 1등급을 받은 것으로 나타났다.

달성군은 종합청렴도에서 84.3점을 받아 전국 218개 기초자치단체 평균(78.2점)보다 6.1점 높은 성적을 기록했다.

국민권익위의 이번 평가는 청렴체감도와 청렴노력도, 부패실태 등 세 가지 항목을 종합해 산정했다. 청렴체감도는 민원인과 내부 공직자를 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 결과를, 청렴노력도는 기관의 반부패 정책과 교육 추진 성과를 평가에 반영했다. 부패실태는 관련 사건 발생 여부를 감점하는 방식으로 집계했다.

달성군은 2년 연속 2등급을 이어오다 11년 만에 1등급을 회복했다. 지역 기초지자체 중 유일하게 1등급을 받은 만큼, 꾸준히 추진해온 청렴 정책의 효과가 나타났다는 평가다.

달성군은 청렴 릴레이 캠페인을 통해 조직 내 청렴 문화 확산에 힘썼으며, 전 직원이 청렴서약서를 작성하도록 해 책임 의식을 높였다. 또 반부패·청렴 콘서트형 교육과 갑질·을질 예방 청렴 간담회 등 현장 중심의 인식 개선 활동도 진행했다. 부패행위 신고 모의훈련을 실시하며 대응 체계 점검에도 노력을 기울였다.

특히 기관장이 직접 정책 추진을 주도하고, 전 공직자가 함께 청렴 시책에 참여한 점도 높은 평가로 이어졌다.

최재훈 달성군수는 “종합청렴도 1등급은 공직자들의 노력과 군민들의 협조가 함께 이룬 결실”이라며 “앞으로도 군민이 신뢰할 수 있는 투명한 행정과 청렴문화 확산에 앞장서겠다”고 밝혔다.

Efforts were also made to review response systems through mock training sessions on reporting corruption.
