【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=달성군시설관리공단이 제50회 국가품질경영대회에서 ‘국무총리 표창’을 수상했다고 20일 밝혔다.
국가품질경영대회는 품질혁신활동에 탁월한 경영성과를 창출해 산업경쟁력 향상에 크게 기여한 우수기업 및 유공자를 발굴·포상하는 행사다.
달성군시설관리공단은 국가품질혁신상 서비스 혁신부문에 도전해 지난 3년의 경영성과에 대한 평가를 받았다.
6개 항목과 19개 세부평가 지표에 따라 진행된 평가에서 공단은 리더십과 전략적 방향성을 중심으로 한 서비스혁신의 효과와 성과가 가시적이라는 점을 높이 평가받았다.
공단은 서비스 현장을 불시 암행평가하는 미스터리쇼퍼제와 각종 CS 고객접점 모니터링 등을 실시해 서비스의 질을 개선했으며 7년 연속 행정안전부 주관 경영평가 고객만족도 부문 1등급, 정보통신 웹 접근성 품질 인증에 더불어 9년 연속 한국서비스품질우수기업 인증을 유지해오고 있다.
김정화 이사장은 “공단의 새로운 미션과 비전을 달성하기 위한 노력의 결과라고 생각한다”며 “앞으로도 항상 고객의 소리에 귀 기울이며, 더 나은 서비스 제공을 위한 끊임없는 개선과 경영혁신을 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

The Corporation improved the quality of its services by implementing the Mystery Shopper System, which conducts surprise inspections of service sites, and monitoring various CS customer contact points, and has maintained the 1st place in the customer satisfaction sector of the management evaluation hosted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety for seven consecutive years, the Information and Communications Web Accessibility Quality Certification, and the Korea Service Quality Excellence Company Certification for nine consecutive years.
Chairman Kim Jeong-hwa said, “I believe this is the result of our efforts to achieve the corporation’s new mission and vision,” and added, “We will continue to listen to our customers’ voices and do our best to continuously improve and innovate management to provide better services.”
