【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=달성군시설관리공단이 기상청이 인증하는 ‘날씨경영 우수기관’에 2016년 이후 4회 연속 선정됐다.

날씨경영 우수기관은 기상정보를 활용해 매출 증대와 비용 절감, 안전사고 예방 등에 성과를 낸 기관에 주어지는 인증이다.

공단은 지난해 ESG 경영을 선포한 이후 기후변화 대응과 환경경영을 적극 추진하고 있으며, 날씨 정보를 활용한 시설 운영과 안전관리 체계 강화로 매년 안전사고를 10% 이상 줄여왔다. 

이 같은 노력으로 고객만족도 조사에서 8년 연속 1등급을 유지하고 있으며, 행정안전부 주관 경영평가에서도 우수한 성과를 이어가고 있다.

김정화 이사장은 “기상 변화에 선제적으로 대응하며 ESG와 혁신경영을 강화해 안전과 고객서비스 수준을 높여가겠다”고 말했다.

The Dalseong County Facilities Management Corporation has been recognized as an "Excellent Weather Management Organization" by the Korea Meteorological Administration for four consecutive years since 2016.

The "Excellent Weather Management Organization" designation is given to organizations that have demonstrated success in utilizing weather information to increase sales, reduce costs, and prevent safety accidents.

Since declaring its ESG management policy last year, the Corporation has actively pursued climate change response and environmental management. By utilizing weather information in facility operations and strengthening its safety management system, the Corporation has reduced safety accidents by more than 10% annually.

Thanks to these efforts, the Corporation has maintained a top-tier rating in customer satisfaction surveys for eight consecutive years and continues to achieve outstanding results in management evaluations conducted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.
