이어 "산업의 성장과 노동 현장의 안정은 별개의 문제가 아니라 하나의 흐름"이라며 "노동 현장 목소리를 듣고 정책에 반영하는 과정이 대구 경제 체질을 튼튼하게 만드는 출발점"이라고 강조했다.

추 의원은 또 "양질의 일자리를 늘리고, 노동자들이 직접 체감할 수 있는 실질적 변화를 이끌어내야 한다"고 밝히고, "앞으로도 노동계와 지속적으로 소통하며, 지역 산업과 일자리가 함께 성장하는 선순환 구조를 만드는 데 책임을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.
