이 검진은 바이러스 감염질환인 A·B·C형 간염, 풍진, 수두, 홍역, 유행성이하선염 등에대한 감염여부 및 면역상태를 파악할 수 있는 프로그램이다. 검사항목은 혈액질환검사, 간기능검사, 심혈관검사, 당뇨검사, 신장기능검사, 간염검사, 풍진검사(여), 수두검사, 홍역검사, 유행성이하선염검사, 흉부 X-선 촬영 등으로 구성되어 있다.
검사결과 바이러스 감염질환에 대한 항체가 없을 경우 해당 예방접종을 받을 수 있다. 단, C형간염은 아직 백신이 없고 이외에도 질환별 백신에 따라 고위험군, 권장연령 등이상이하므로 의료진과 상담 후 접종여부를 결정하는 것이 바람직하다.
