25일 경산시에 따르면 이번 행사는 사단법인 한국여성농업인 경상북도연합회가 주최하고 경산시 연합회(회장 김수미)가 주관하는 ‘제11회 한국여성농업인 경상북도대회’는 이달희 경북도 경제부지사, 조현일 경산시장 등 주요 내빈과 경북지역 여성농업인 2,000여 명이 참석했다.

 우수농업인 시상, 비전 선포식과 함께 체육행사, 시군별 공연, 농특산물 및 수입농산물 비교전시 등 다채로운 프로그램으로 행사가 펼쳐졌다.

김수미 경산시연합회장은 환영사를 통해 “한여농이 단합하여 미래 농업의 주인이자 리더가 될 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
