【브레이크뉴스 포항】박영재 기자=선린대학교(총장 곽진환)는 지난 10일 전문대학 혁신지원사업 프로그램의 참여 활성화와 성과 지속 및 확산을 위해 ‘전문대학 혁신지원사업 제2기 학생모니터링단 발대식’을 개최했다고 12일 밝혔다.

이날 발대식에서는 전문대학 혁신지원사업 소개와 모니터링단의 역할 및 주요 활동에 대한 설명을 진행하였으며, 참여한 학생들은 활동 방향성을 공유하고 소속감을 강화하는 시간을 가졌다.

모니터링단으로 선정된 학생들은 내년 1월까지 활동할 예정이며, 프로그램 취재 및 홍보, 의견수렴 등의 활동을 통해 전문대학 혁신지원사업의 지속적인 관리와 교육수요자 중심 프로그램 강화에 큰 영향을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

대학혁신지원단 송용 단장은“학생모니터링단 활동을 통해 재정지원사업 프로그램에 대한 학생들의 창의적인 의견을 수렴하고, 전문대학 혁신지원사업에 대한 환류 및 지속적인 확산을 위하여 모니터링단과 활발한 소통을 이어가겠다”라고 밝혔다.

한편, 선린대학교는 2021년 교육부 주관 대학기본역량진단평가에서 일반재정지원대학으로 선정되어 3년간(2022년~2024년) 2주기 전문대학 혁신지원사업을 수행한다.
