【브레이크뉴스 포항】박영재 기자=선린대학교(총장 곽진환)는 2023년 고등교육기관 졸업자 취업통계 조사 결과(2023.12.31.기준) 취업률 77.2%를 기록했다고 7일 밝혔다.
이번 취업률 통계 결과는 2022년 8월 및 2023년 2월 졸업자를 대상으로 2023. 12. 31. 기준으로 조사되었으며 국민건강보험공단, 근로복지공단, 국세청, 병무청, 해양수산부, 농림축산식품부 등 15개 기관의 공공 데이터베이스(DB)를 연계했다.
선린대학교는 전국전문대학교 평균 취업률 72.4%로 보다 4.8% 높은 77.2%를 기록했다. 유지취업률에서도 1차 94.0%를 기록하는 등 질적으로 우수한“취업에 강한 대학”임을 입증했다.
산학취업처장 김병용 교수는 “이번 결과는 선린대학교가 산학일체형 채용연계 교육을 강화하고 전공 맞춤형 프로그램을 통해 산업수요 맞춤 취·창업 역량을 지원한 성과이다. 대학 내 다양한 단계별 취업지원 프로그램을 통해 앞으로 학생들의 성공적인 취업을 위해 체계화된 맞춤형 취업지원 프로그램을 지속적으로 지원하겠다.”고 말했다.

Professor Kim Byeong-yong, head of the Industry-Academic Employment Office, said, “This result is the result of Seonrin University strengthening industry-academia integrated employment-linked education and supporting employment and entrepreneurship capabilities tailored to industrial demand through major-tailored programs. We will continue to support systematic, customized employment support programs for students’ successful employment in the future through various stage-by-stage employment support programs within the university.”
