선린대학교는 ‘전문대학 혁신지원 2주기 사업’에서 대학 간 교류 활성화를 위한 기반을 마련하고 있으며, 1주기 사업(2019~2021년)에 이어 2주기 사업(2022~2024년)에 약 80억원의 정부재정지원을 받고 있다.
