24일 선린대에 따르면 호신술 3종목에서 1위(김예림, 경찰보안무도과 2학년), 합기도 웰터급(전문)에서 3위(윤인혁, 경찰보안무도과 1학년), 여대일반부 합기도 미들급(전문)에서 3위(이선미, 경찰보안무도과 1학년)로 입상했다.

경찰보안무도과(구 경찰행정과) 학과장 김미호 교수는 “경찰공무원시험의 가산점 자격이면서 보안회사 보안요원, 체육관 사범 및 관장으로 취업하는데 도움이 되는 합기도 단증 취득을 위해 학과 교육과정에 합기도 및 경찰체포·호신술 등을 편성하고, 대학혁신지원사업의 학과프로그램으로 경찰무도단증 자격과정을 무료 개설하여 적극 운영한 결과이며, 우수하고 전문 교수진과 재학생들의 피나는 노력의 결실”이라고 축하했다.
