【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구보건대학교(총장 남성희)는 28일 오후 2시 남구종합사회복지관 강당에서 ‘2025 지역사회 통합돌봄 포럼 – 남구 함께 돌봄으로 더 가까이’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 포럼은 남구형 통합돌봄의 미래를 모색하기 위해 대구보건대학교와 대구시남구사회복지협의회, 남구사회복지관협회가 공동 주관했으며, 이정영 대구보건대 경영부총장, 조재구 남구청장, 송민선 남구의회 의장 등 150여 명의 관계자가 참석했다.

행사에서는 김대삼 광주광역시 사회서비스원장이 ‘누구나, 광주다움 통합돌봄’을 주제로 발제했으며, 대구보건대 사회복지학과 강상훈 교수가 좌장을 맡아 정책토론을 진행했다. 노인·보건의료·장애인 돌봄 분야 현장 전문가들이 참여해 다양한 의견을 공유했으며, 남구청과 남구의회 관계자들도 함께하며 행정과 의회가 연계한 지역 돌봄 정책 실행 방안을 논의했다.

이번 포럼은 대학이 글로컬대학30 프로젝트의 일환으로 추진해 온 ‘늘·돌봄 복지 교육 프로그램’의 성과를 공유하고 발전 방향을 모색하는 자리이기도 했다. 대학은 지난 9월부터 사회복지사, 돌봄 종사자, 보호자 등 150여 명을 대상으로 세 차례 교육을 진행하며 지역 통합돌봄의 기반을 다져왔다.

이정영 대구보건대 경영부총장은 “대학은 돌봄 종사자부터 가족·보호자까지 지역의 다양한 주체가 함께 성장하는 통합돌봄 생태계를 만들고 있다”며 “이번 포럼을 계기로 현장의 전문성을 높이고, 지자체와 협력해 사회문제에 선제적으로 대응하는 지역 맞춤형 통합돌봄 모델을 확산하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Daegu Health College (President Nam Sung-hee) announced that it held the "2025 Community Integrated Care Forum - Bringing Namgu Closer Together through Care" at 2:00 PM on the 28th in the auditorium of the Namgu Community Welfare Center.

This forum, co-hosted by Daegu Health College, the Daegu Namgu Social Welfare Council, and the Namgu Social Welfare Center Association, aimed to explore the future of Namgu-style integrated care. Approximately 150 participants attended, including Lee Jeong-yeong, Vice President of Management at Daegu Health College, Cho Jae-gu, Mayor of Namgu District, and Song Min-seon, Chairperson of the Namgu Council.

At the event, Kim Dae-sam, Director of the Gwangju Metropolitan City Social Service Center, presented on the topic "Integrated Care for Everyone, Unique to Gwangju," and Professor Kang Sang-hoon of the Department of Social Welfare at Daegu Health College moderated the policy discussion. Field experts in the fields of elderly care, healthcare, and disability care participated and shared diverse opinions. Officials from Nam-gu Office and the Nam-gu Council also participated to discuss implementation plans for local care policies that link the administration and the council.

This forum also served as an opportunity to share the achievements of the "Neul-bom Welfare Education Program," which the university has been promoting as part of the Glocal University 30 project, and to explore future directions. Since last September, the university has conducted three training sessions for approximately 150 social workers, caregivers, and guardians, laying the foundation for integrated care in the region.

Lee Jeong-yeong, Vice President of Business Administration at Daegu Health College, stated, "The university is creating an integrated care ecosystem where diverse local stakeholders, from caregivers to families and guardians, grow together. This forum will serve as an opportunity to enhance our expertise and, in collaboration with local governments, to proactively address social issues, expand customized integrated care models tailored to the region."
