이번 프로그램은 재학생들의 진로 설계와 취업 동기 강화, 그리고 보건행정 분야의 실무 이해를 높이기 위해 마련됐다. 학생들은 공공기관의 실제 업무 환경을 체험하며 보건행정 전문가로 성장하기 위한 방향을 구체화하는 시간을 가졌다.
보건행정학과 재학생 40명은 이날 ▲사옥 견학 ▲‘HIRA人과 함께하는 진로탐색과정’ ▲건강보험제도 및 심사평가원 주요 업무 이해 ▲현직자 질의응답 등 다양한 프로그램에 참여했다. 이를 통해 공공보건 행정의 구조와 역할을 생생히 배우는 기회를 얻었다.
이고은 보건행정학과장은 “학생들이 보건행정 현장을 직접 경험하면서 진로에 대한 확신과 동기를 얻을 수 있었을 것”이라며 “앞으로도 현장 중심의 교육 프로그램을 확대해 실무형 보건행정 전문가를 양성하겠다”고 밝혔다.
