시에 따르면 이날은 코로나19 및 국내외 경제위기 상황에도 지역경제 활성화에 이바지하는 기업인들의 사기를 진작하고 이들의 애로사항을 청취하는 등 소통의 시간을 가졌다.

한편, (사)중소기업융합 대구경북연합회 구미융합회 회장인 김경미 수성F.L 대표가 사비로 마련한 300만원을 지역인재 양성에 써달라며 김장호 구미시장에게 전달했다.

김경미 수성F.L 대표는 2009년부터 최근까지 구미시를 통해 지역 인재양성을 위해 약 2천만원의 장학금을 전달하였고, 이밖에도 다양한봉사활동으로 나눔기업인으로 지역사회에 귀감이 되고 있다.
