이를 위해 구미시는 12일부터 2월 10일까지 ‘2023년 공동주택 시설관리 지원사업’을 신청받는다.

‘공동주택 시설관리 지원사업’은 노후 공동주택의 환경 개선에 필요한 비용을 일부 지원하여 쾌적한 주거환경을 조성하는 사업이다.

준공 후 20년이상 경과한 공동주택 단지 내 도로 보수, 어린이 놀이터 보수, 경로당 보수 등 공동시설물 유지 관리에 필요한 비용의 최대 80%를 지원한다.

구미시는 지난해 26개 노후단지를 대상으로 약 4억원의 예산을 투입해사업을 추진해 큰 호응을 받았다.

이번 지원사업을 계기로 노후 공동주택 공동시설물이 적절한 시기에 보수 및 관리되게 함으로써 보다 더 안전하고 쾌적한 주거환경문화를 정착해나갈 전망이다.

김재경 공동주택과장은 “2023년 공동주택 시설관리 지원사업의 적극적인 추진을 통해 노후 공동주택 주민들의 경제적인 부담을 덜어주고, 더 나아가 앞으로 구미시에서 개최되는 각종 행사의 성황을 이루기 위해 도시 미관 개선에최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
