【브레이크뉴스 포항】박영재 기자=김병욱 국회의원(국민의힘, 포항시남구울릉군)은 국회의원회관 제2로비에서 더불어민주당 안민석 국회의원(경기 오산시), 한국학중앙연구원(안병우 원장)과 공동으로 ‘장서각 고문서 수집 반세기’ 특별전시회를 20일부터 23일까지 개최한다고 밝혔다

이번 전시회는 우리나라 기록문화유산의 역사적 의미와 가치를 널리 알리고, 특히 500년 종가에서 보관해 오던 12만여 점의 고문서와 유물을 장서각에 기증‧기탁한 후손들의 공헌에 감사를 전하는 자리로 마련됐다.

김병욱 의원은 “고문서 속 선조들의 이야기가 활자에 머무르지 않고 오늘날 우리에게 삶의 지혜로 생생하게 전해지기를 기대한다”며, “종가에서 오랜 기간 보관해 오던 유산을 장서각에 기증‧기탁하신 후손분들의 공헌에 존경하는 마음으로 감사 인사를 드린다”고 말했다.

유물은 총 14건이 전시되며, 고문헌이 국가의 문화자산으로 자리매김하도록 뜻을 함께해 준 주요 종가(宗家)에 맞춰 총 5부로 구성했다.

제1부는 ‘경주 경주손씨 송첨종가: 우연한 발굴’이다. 경주 양동마을 500년 종가 경주손씨 고택의 라면상자 속에서 우연히 발견한 '지정조격'의 사연과 보물로 지정된 이야기를 소개한다.

제2부는 ‘안동 고성이씨 임청각: 가치의 재발견’이다. 500년 임청각 종가에서 일제강점기 동안 굳건히 자료를 지켜낸 맏며느리의 역할, 조선시대를 비롯하여 독립운동에 관하여 중요한 내용을 담은 기탁 자료를 소개한다.

제3부는 ‘남원 순흥안씨 사제당: 지극한 보물’이다. 500년 사제당 종가의 가보 '기묘제현수필'과 '기묘제현수첩'의 표지가 장서각의 과학적 보존처리 방법을 거쳐 우리나라의 보물로 지정된 내용을 소개한다.

제4부는 ‘아산 선교 장흥임씨 종가: 보존을 향한 협동’이다. 400년 역사의 종중에서 선대의 초상화와 고문서의 훼손‧도난을 우려해 장서각에 자료를 기탁했고, 이후 관련 연구 및 종중의 자료 보존을 위한 장서각의 노력을 소개한다.

제5부는 ‘군포 동래정씨 동래부원군 종가: 명가의 명예’이다. 500년 종가가 선대의 모든 자료를 지역사회에 위탁했다가, 장서각의 연구‧보존 역량을 신뢰하고 2015년 4000여 점의 모든 자료를 장서각에 기증했던 과정을 소개한다.

   Member of the National Assembly Kim Byung-wook (People's Power, Ulleung-gun, Nam-gu, Pohang) jointly held a special exhibition, 'Half a Century of Collecting Ancient Documents at Jangseogak', in collaboration with Democratic Party member Min-seok Ahn (Osan-si, Gyeonggi-do) and the Academy of Korean Studies (Director Byung-woo Ahn) at the 2nd lobby of the National Assembly Members' Hall from the 20th to the 23rd announced that it will be held until

   This exhibition was prepared as a place to widely publicize the historical meaning and value of Korea's documentary cultural heritage, and especially to express gratitude to the descendants who donated and deposited 120,000 ancient documents and artifacts that had been kept by the head family for 500 years to Jangseogak.

   Rep. Kim Byung-wook said, “I hope that the stories of our ancestors in ancient documents will not remain in print, but will be vividly conveyed to us today as wisdom of life.” I would like to express my gratitude to you with respect.”

   A total of 14 relics are on display, and a total of 5 copies are organized according to the major head families who have shared their will to establish ancient documents as national cultural assets.

   The first part is ‘Gyeongju Gyeongju Son Clan Songcheom Head Family: Accidental Excavation’. Introduces the story of 'Jeongjeong Jogyeok', which was found by chance in a ramen box in the old house of the Gyeongju Son clan, the 500-year-old head family of Gyeongju Yangdong Village, and the story designated as a treasure.

   The second part is ‘Imcheonggak of the Andong Goseong Family: Rediscovery of Value’. The role of the eldest daughter-in-law who firmly protected the data during the Japanese colonial period at the head family of Imcheonggak in 500, and the deposited materials containing important information about the independence movement, including the Joseon Dynasty, are introduced.

   The third part is ‘Namwon Soonheung-an Clan Shrine: An Extreme Treasure’. Introduces the contents of the 500-year-old heirloom of the head family of the priest and the cover of the 'Georgejehyeonsupil' and 'Gimyojehyeon Notebook', which have been designated as national treasures through the scientific preservation method of Jangseogak.

   Part 4 is ‘Asan Seonyo Jangheung Im Clan Head Family: Collaboration towards Preservation’. The 400-year-old family members donated the materials to Jangseogak out of fear of damage or theft of portraits and ancient documents of their ancestors.

   Part 5 is ‘Gunpo Dongrae Jeong Clan Dongrae Buwongun Head Family: The Honor of a Famous Family’. The 500-year-old head family entrusted all the materials of the previous generation to the local community, and then introduced the process of trusting Jangseogak's research and preservation capabilities and donating all 4,000 materials to Jangseogak in 2015.
