9일 더불어민주당 경북도당에 따르면 지난 주말 경산시 일대에 게첩 된 ‘불법계엄 내란음모 윤석열 탄핵!’ 현수막과 ‘조지연의원님 탄핵반대는 내란죄 공범!’ 현수막 등 더불어민주당 경산지역위원회 명의 정당 현수막이 무더기로 훼손된 채 발견됐다.

민주당 경산지역위원회는 경산 하양 서사리 로터리와 대구가톨릭대 정문 앞, 하양 지하철역 앞 3곳에 걸렸던 현수막이 칼로 심하게 훼손된 것을 발견하고 경산경찰서에 신고했다.

또 경북지역 국민의힘 모 국회의원 사무실에 근무하는 이모 비서관은 현수막업체에 전화해 “현수막 안 떼면 칼 들고 떼러 가겠다”며 심한 욕설과 폭언을 행사하는 일도 벌어졌다.

더불어민주당 경북도당은 정당의 통상적인 정당 활동으로 보장되는 당의 정책이나 정치적 현안에 대하여 표시, 설치 한 것을 불법 훼손할 경우 정당법, 옥외광고물 등의 관리와 옥외광고산업 진흥에 관한 법률, 공직선거법에 관한 법률 위반에 해당된다는 입장이다.
