【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구 북구청(청장 배광식)은 주민참여예산제 운영의 전문성을 강화하고 실질적인 주민 참여를 확대하기 위해, 3월부터 9월까지 ‘2025년 찾아가는 주민참여예산학교’를 운영한다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 주민참여예산제에 대한 이해를 돕고, 예산 전 과정에 주민들이 참여할 수 있는 기회를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 다양한 계층을 대상으로 맞춤형 교육을 제공한다. 이를 통해 사회적 약자, 청년, 도시재생 마을조합원, 주민참여예산위원 등 더 많은 주민들이 예산에 대한 관심을 가지고 참여할 수 있게 된다.

첫 번째 교육은 3월 11일(화), 산격3동 복합커뮤니티센터에서 산격 마을관리사회적협동조합원 및 소속 공무원 등 30여 명을 대상으로 진행되었으며, 주민참여예산제도를 설명하고, 제안 방법과 절차 등을 리플릿과 홍보영상을 통해 쉽게 전달했다.

배광식 북구청장은 "찾아가는 주민참여예산학교 운영을 통해 다양한 계층의 주민들이 주민참여예산제에 대한 이해를 넓히고, 소중한 예산이 주민들의 니즈에 맞게 쓰였으면 한다"고 말했다.

향후 교육 일정은 3월 중 장애인(장애인체육재활센터), 노인(노인복지관), 여성(다문화가족센터), 도시재생 마을조합원(침산1, 복현1 마을조합)을 대상으로 진행되며, 4월부터 9월까지는 청년, 아동·청소년, 공무원을 위한 특화 교육도 이어질 예정이다.

The first training was held on Tuesday, March 11 at the Sanggyeok 3-dong Complex Community Center for approximately 30 people, including members of the Sanggyeok Village Management Social Cooperative and affiliated public officials. The upcoming education schedule will be conducted in March for the disabled (disabled sports rehabilitation center), the elderly (senior welfare center), women (multicultural family center), and urban regeneration village cooperative members (Chimsan 1, Bokhyeon 1 village cooperatives), and specialized education for youth, children and adolescents, and civil servants will follow from April to September.
