【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구 북구청(청장 배광식)은 오는 6월 17일부터 7월 21일까지 관내 광업‧제조업 사업체를 대상으로 ‘2024년 기준 광업·제조업조사’를 실시한다고 16일 밝혔다.
이번 조사는 통계청이 주관하고 지방자치단체가 수행하는 경제통계 통합조사 중 하나로, 올해 47회째를 맞는다. 북구청은 관내 약 500개 광업·제조업체를 대상으로 전문 조사요원 8명을 투입해 직접 방문조사 방식으로 진행할 계획이다.
조사 항목은 사업체의 ▲종사자 수 ▲제품별 출하액 및 재고액 ▲영업비용 ▲유형자산 등 총 13개 항목이며, 보다 효율적인 조사를 위해 행정자료와의 연계 활용도 병행된다. 아울러 온라인 참여를 희망하는 사업체는 7월 4일까지 경제통계통합조사 홈페이지를 통해 인터넷 조사가 가능하다.
북구청에 따르면 이번 조사 결과는 오는 2025년 12월 공표될 예정이며, 이를 통해 산업 구조 변화, 국민소득 추계, 일자리 분석 등 정부의 각종 경제정책 수립 및 평가, 학술 연구 등에 폭넓게 활용된다.
배광식 북구청장은 “정확한 통계는 올바른 경제정책의 출발점이며, 이는 조사 대상 업체의 성실한 응답에서 시작된다”며 “조사원 방문 시 적극적인 협조와 정확한 정보 제공을 부탁드린다”고 당부했다.
