【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 북구 어울아트센터의 상주단체 트래덜반이 오는 6월 7일 오후 2시 함지홀에서 2025년 첫 번째 기획공연 ‘굿 애프터눈-아보하’를 선보인다.

이번 공연은 남녀노소는 물론 장애인과 비장애인이 함께 공감할 수 있는 ‘소통형 공연’으로 마련됐다.

트래덜반은 전통 예술을 현대적으로 재해석하며 음악, 노래, 춤을 아우르는 ‘악가무’ 형식의 공연을 선보이는 대구 유일의 악가무 혼합 그룹이다. 2017년 창단 이후 지역 문화예술에 꾸준히 기여하며, 올해도 어울아트센터 상주단체로 활동 중이다.

공연 제목 ‘아보하’는 김난도 교수의 '트렌드 코리아 2025'에 등장한 키워드 ‘아주 보통의 하루’에서 따왔다. 빠르게 변하는 세상 속에서 잊기 쉬운 평범한 일상의 소중함과 행복을 되새기자는 의미를 담고 있다. 관객과 아티스트가 서로의 하루를 공유하며 진정한 일상의 의미를 탐색하는 시간이 될 예정이다.

이번 무대는 단순한 공연을 넘어 ‘악가무 토크 콘서트’ 형식으로 꾸며지며, 관객이 함께 참여하고 소통하는 형식을 통해 문화예술의 평등한 접근을 지향한다. 특히 구립도서관, 복지관 등 다양한 공간에서 디지털 문화 인프라를 구축해온 트래덜반의 철학이 공연 전반에 녹아들 예정이다.

공연에는 무용가 이선민, 소리꾼 권가연, 타악 연주자 박효주, 관악 연주자 정규혁 등 트래덜반의 주요 아티스트들이 참여한다. 건반 조성현, 기타 홍정수, 베이스 김영빈, 드럼 최신영이 음악을 맡아 공연의 완성도를 높인다.

또한 특별 출연으로 연극배우 황현아가 사회를 맡고, 심리학자 이진석 교수가 상담사로 무대에 올라 공연의 메시지를 풍부하게 전달한다. 특히 장애·비장애 예술가 협업 단체인 ‘한국파릇하우스’가 ‘기와’라는 작품으로 함께 출연해 평등한 무대와 예술의 가치를 실현한다. 한국파릇하우스는 2009년 설립 이후 대구를 기반으로 장애인과 비장애인이 함께하는 예술 창작과 교육을 이어온 사회적 기업이다.

행복북구문화재단 박정숙 대표이사는 “이번 공연을 통해 바쁜 일상 속 잊고 지낸 ‘아주 보통의 하루’의 소중함을 되새기는 시간이 되기를 바란다”며, “모든 이가 함께 공감할 수 있는 따뜻한 무대가 되기를 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

한편 트래덜반은 이번 공연 이후에도 사회적 메시지를 담은 공연을 이어간다. 오는 7월에는 난민과 사회적 약자를 주제로 한 <끝없는 항해, 보트피플>을 선보일 예정이다.

Daegu Buk-gu Aul Arts Center’s resident group Traderban will present its first planned performance of 2025, ‘Good Afternoon-Aboha’, at Hamji Hall on June 7 at 2 PM.

Traderban is Daegu’s only mixed music and dance group that reinterprets traditional arts in a modern way and presents a performance in the form of ‘Akgamu’ that encompasses music, song, and dance. Since its founding in 2017, it has consistently contributed to local culture and arts and is still active as a resident group at Aul Arts Center this year.

The title of the performance, ‘Aboha’, comes from the keyword ‘a very ordinary day’ that appeared in Professor Kim Nan-do’s ‘Trend Korea 2025’. It contains the meaning of reminiscing about the preciousness and happiness of ordinary daily life that can be easily forgotten in a rapidly changing world. It will be a time for the audience and artists to share each other’s days and explore the true meaning of everyday life.

This stage will be designed in the form of an ‘Akgamu Talk Concert’ that goes beyond a simple performance, and aims for equal access to culture and art through a format in which the audience participates and communicates together. In particular, Traderban’s philosophy of building digital cultural infrastructure in various spaces such as public libraries and welfare centers will be incorporated throughout the performance.

The performance will feature Traderban’s main artists, including dancer Lee Seon-min, singer Kwon Ga-yeon, percussionist Park Hyo-joo, and wind instrument player Jeong Gyu-hyeok. Keyboardist Jo Seong-hyeon, guitarist Hong Jeong-su, bassist Kim Yeong-bin, and drummer Choi Shin-young will be in charge of the music, enhancing the perfection of the performance.

In addition, theater actress Hwang Hyun-ah will host the performance as a special guest, and psychologist Professor Lee Jin-seok will appear on stage as a counselor to deliver the performance’s message in a rich way. In particular, ‘Korea Parut House’, a collaborative group of disabled and non-disabled artists, will appear together with a work called ‘Giwa’ to realize the value of equal stage and art. Since its establishment in 2009, Korea Parut House has been a social enterprise based in Daegu that has continued to create art and provide education for people with and without disabilities.

Park Jeong-sook, the CEO of the Happy Buk-gu Cultural Foundation, said, “I hope that this performance will be a time to reflect on the preciousness of a ‘very ordinary day’ that we often forget in our busy daily lives,” and “I hope that it will be a warm stage that everyone can relate to.”

Meanwhile, Tradervan will continue to present performances with social messages after this performance. In July, they will present <Endless Voyage, Boat People> on the theme of refugees and the socially disadvantaged.
