【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 북구의 어울아트센터 행복예술아카데미가 여름방학 특강과 함께 2025년 가을학기 정규강좌·특강 수강생을 모집한다. 

문화예술을 기반으로 한 실용 교육 프로그램을 통해 어린이부터 성인까지 다양한 연령층이 참여할 수 있도록 구성된 점이 특징이다.

먼저 여름방학 기간에는 초등학생을 위한 집중 프로그램 '영어 뮤지컬 캠프'가 눈에 띈다. 

지난해 첫선을 보인 이 캠프는 어린이들이 억지로 공부하는 대신 즐기면서 영어를 접할 수 있다는 점에서 큰 호응을 얻었다. 

오는 8월 18일부터 23일까지 6일간 진행되는 이번 캠프는 연기와 노래, 움직임을 활용해 영어를 자연스럽게 익힐 수 있도록 설계됐다. 수강 신청은 7월 22일부터 8월 8일까지이며, 조기 마감될 수 있다.

9월부터는 가을학기 정규강좌가 시작된다. 9월 1일부터 11월 29일까지 운영되며, 접수는 8월 1일부터 30일까지다. 이번 학기에는 신설 강좌도 다수 포함됐다. 

초급자도 쉽게 따라할 수 있는 '신나는 S라인댄스', 다양한 공예를 체험할 수 있는 '토탈공작소' 등이 새롭게 개설돼 수강 선택의 폭을 넓혔다. S라인댄스는 8월 19일에 오픈 클래스를 열어 관심 있는 주민들이 강의 내용을 직접 체험해보고 수강 여부를 결정할 수 있도록 했다.

육아로 인해 자기관리에 소홀해진 엄마들을 위한 특강도 마련됐다. '나를 다시 꽃피우는 시간'이라는 제목의 이 프로그램은 3주간 진행되며, 심화 부모교육과 함께 퍼스널컬러 진단, 체형 스타일 분석, 나만의 향수 만들기 등 실생활에 활용 가능한 콘텐츠로 구성됐다. 참가자들이 스스로를 돌아보고 자존감을 회복할 수 있도록 돕는 데 초점을 맞췄다.

이 밖에도 주민 참여형 공공예술 프로젝트 '우리 함께, 뜨개옷 입은 산타마을'이 10월부터 시작된다. 연말 산타마을 축제를 앞두고 나무에 손뜨개 옷을 입히는 활동으로, 6주간 운영되는 전 과정은 무료로 진행된다. 

5회 이상 참여한 주민에게는 마지막 주에 '카드지갑 만들기' 수업 기회도 제공된다. 참여자들은 함께 작업하며 이웃과 교류하고, 공동체 예술의 가치를 체험할 수 있다.

It focuses on helping participants reflect on themselves and restore their self-esteem.

In addition, the resident-participatory public art project 'Let's Knit Santa Village Together' will begin in October. This is an activity where you can put hand-knitted clothes on trees ahead of the Santa Village Festival at the end of the year, and the entire 6-week course is free of charge.

Residents who have participated more than five times will also be provided with the opportunity to take a 'Card Wallet Making' class during the last week. Participants can work together, interact with their neighbors, and experience the value of community art.
