【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=(재)행복북구문화재단이 오는 24일 오후 7시 30분, 어울아트센터 함지홀에서 제29회 행복북구합창단 정기연주회 ‘꿈을 향한 부르짖음’을 연다.

이번 연주회에서는 최희철 지휘자와 한애선 반주자가 이끄는 합창단이 무대에 오른다. 합창단은 한국 가곡부터 대중가요, 재즈 등 다양한 장르를 선보이며 늦가을 밤을 따뜻한 하모니로 물들일 예정이다.

첫 무대는 ‘도라지꽃’, ‘진달래꽃’, ‘삶이 그대를 속일지라도’ 등 한국적 정서가 묻어나는 곡들로 문을 연다. 이어 행복어린이뮤지컬합창단이 ‘소녀의 꿈’, ‘보리울의 여름’을 통해 희망의 메시지를 전한다.

두 번째 무대에서는 재즈와 아프리카 스타일을 결합한 ‘My homeland’, ‘Rhythm dance’, ‘Kusimama’, ‘Afrika’ 등이 연주된다. 플루티스트 김은주와 솔리스트 셸리가 객원으로 참여하며, 재즈밴드팀 펄스가 ‘Through the fire’, ‘Wake up call’로 특별공연을 펼쳐 무대 분위기를 한층 끌어올릴 예정이다.

마지막 무대에서는 ‘나는 반딧불’, ‘못찾겠다 꾀꼬리’, ‘풍문으로 들었소’ 등 대중들에게 익숙한 곡들이 합창으로 재해석되어, 관객들에게 친근하면서도 흥겨운 시간이 될 전망이다.

박정숙 행복북구문화재단 대표는 “서로 다른 목소리가 하나로 어우러져 새로운 울림을 만드는 합창의 가치처럼, 이번 공연이 시민들에게 희망과 용기를 전하는 자리가 되길 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

The Happy Buk-gu Cultural Foundation will hold the 29th Happy Buk-gu Choir Regular Concert, "Crying for a Dream," at 7:30 PM on the 24th at the Hamji Hall of the Eoul Arts Center.

The final performance will feature reinterpretations of familiar songs like "I Am a Firefly," "I Can't Find the Oriole," and "I Heard It Through the Grapevine," promising a familiar yet exciting experience for the audience.
