영천의 대표 천문관광 프로그램인 ‘별빛나이트투어’는 보현산천문대의 별 관측 체험과 문화 공연, 각종 체험활동이 어우러진 인기 야간 프로그램이다. 5월부터 12월까지 운영되며, 여름철에는 관내 캠핑장과 연계한 ‘캠핑나이트투어’가 특별 편성돼 여행객들의 큰 호응을 얻고 있다.

보현산자연휴양림 내 산림복합체험관은 여름철 실내 피서지로 인기다. 명상과 아로마, 싱잉볼 등의 프로그램으로 이뤄진 산림치유체험관과 VR암벽·스카이트레일 등 활동 중심의 산림레포츠체험관이 함께 구성되어 있다.
