대구평생학습진흥원(원장 장원용)이 대구지역 일선 평생교육기관 200여 곳과 소통과 협업을 위한 네트워크 구축 간담회를 순차적으로 개최한다고 24일 밝혔다.

대구평생학습진흥원은 25일 평생학습 분위기 확산을 위한 대구시·시교육청 및 구·군 평생교육팀장 간담회를 시작으로 오는 6월말까지 분야별 간담회를 순차적으로 개최하며 유관기관 네트워크 구축사업을 본격화한다. 

이번 네트워크 구축사업에는 대구시·시교육청, 구·군을 비롯해 대구·경북대학 평생교육원, 시립·구립도서관·작은 도서관협의회, 종합사회복지관 및 노인종합복지관, 행정복지센터, 성인문해교육기관, 장애인단체 등 200여 개 평생학습기관이 참여할 예정이다.

진흥원은 이번 간담회에서 대구평생학습기관을 아우르는 네트워크 구축의 허브 역할을 강조하는 한편 온라인 평생학습 플랫폼 고도화를 통한 정보 및 학습콘텐츠 제공, 기관 네트워크 강화를 위한 지원, 스마트시대 스마트시민 양성, 그물망 학습체계로 맞춤형 평생학습 기회 확대, 대구형 평생학습 프로그램 추진 등 진흥원의 6대 주요과제를 설명할 방침이다.  

진흥원은 앞으로 기관 유형별 네트워크 간담회를 정례화 하는 한편 다양한 공모사업과 평생학습 우수기관에 인센티브 제공 등을 통해 기관 간의 유기적인 협력체계를 공고히 할 방침이다.
