중앙선관위는 어르신·장애인의 선거정보 접근성을 높이기 위해 선거일 전 40일부터 ‘선거안내 웹페이지’를 운영하고 있다.

영상·그림·문서 등 각종 자료, 내 투표소 찾기, 정책 공약 등 자료에 바로 접속할 수 있도록 퀵링크로 구성된 웹페이지로, 중앙선관위 홈페이지(https://nec.go.kr)에서 상단 [선거정보] - [어르신·장애인 등 선거정보] 메뉴를 클릭하거나, 세대마다 발송하는 투표안내문의 2차원 바코드 스캔으로도 접속할 수 있다.

문자정보를 해독하기 어려운 선거인 대상으로는 투표일시·절차·방법, 투표편의 등을 안내한 점자형 투표안내문을 우편으로 발송하며, 음성으로도 들을 수 있도록수신자부담 ARS(080-875-0601) 음성투표안내 서비스를 제공한다.

발달장애 선거인 등 대상으로는 ‘선거안내 웹페이지’를 통해 쉽게 설명한 투표안내 애니메이션, 투표안내책자, 투표안내카드를 게재하여 안내하고 있다. 투표안내책자의 경우 장애인 복지시설 일람표에 등재된 시설 및 장애인 복지관에도 배부하였다.

(사전)투표소에는 투표편의물품을 선거인이 쉽게 요청할 수 있도록 사진이 첨부된 ‘투표편의 지원 안내문’을 부착하여 안내할 예정이다.손목·팔 등에 감아 사용할 수 있는 밴드형 기표용구, 입으로 물고 사용할 수 있는 마우스피스형 기표용구 등 특수형 기표용구와 투표용지를 끼워 사용할 수 있는 점자형 투표보조용구, 확대경 등이 제공된다.

또한, 영상통화를 통해 전국의 (사전)투표소에서 수어통역을 지원할 예정이다.

▣ 장애인유권자 투표편의 지원 투표사무관계자 교육 강화

(사전)투표사무관계자를 대상으로 장애인유권자 투표편의 지원 교육을 강화한다. 특히, 장애유형과 상관없이 선거인 또는 동행인의 설명을 적극 반영하여 투표 보조를 지원하는데 중점을 둘 예정이다.
