【브레이크뉴스 경북】진예솔 기자=경상북도선거관리위원회가 제13회 유권자의 날을 맞아 ‘나는 대한민국 유권자다’ 영상 공모전을 개최했다고 10일 밝혔다.
유권자 의식을 되새기기 위해 실시되는 공모전은 올해로 3년째 실시되어 민주주의, 주권의식 등 다양한 주제를 자유롭게 표현한 영상 총 64편이 출품됐다.
출품된 영상들은 영상콘텐츠 분야 전문가 등 심사위원 6명이 창의성·작품성·대중성 등을 기준으로 엄정한 평가를 진행했다.
이에 따라 대상 및 최우수상 각 1편, 우수상 3편, 장려상 5편 등 총 10편의 수상작이 선정되었다.
영예의 대상은 어린이가 그리는 그림일기의 형식으로 일기의 주인공이 미래 유권자로서 투표의 소중한 가치를 얘기하는 ‘나는 행복한 세상을 선물받는 미래의 유권자’가 선정됐다.
수상작으로 선정된 10편은 경북선관위 홈페이지 및 유튜브 채널을 통해서 만나볼 수 있다.
경북선관위 관계자는 “유권자의 날을 기념하는 영상 공모전 개최가 유권자로서의 마음가짐과 선거의 의미와 중요성을 되짚어 널리 알리는 좋은 계기가 되었기를 바란다”고 밝혔다.

The grand prize of honor was chosen as ‘I am a future voter who will receive the gift of a happy world,’ in the form of a picture diary drawn by a child, in which the main character of the diary talks about the precious value of voting as a future voter.
The 10 films selected as winners can be viewed through the Gyeongbuk National Election Commission website and YouTube channel.
An official from the Gyeongbuk National Election Commission said, “We hope that holding a video contest commemorating Voter’s Day will serve as a good opportunity to reflect on and spread the word about the mindset of voters and the meaning and importance of elections.”
