지난 2011년 초연 이후 지속적인 업그레이드를 통해 성장해온 뮤지컬 투란도트는 성공적인 글로벌 콘텐츠로서 행보를 이어 나가고 있는 가운데 오는 18일 스크린 진출을 확정했다.

뮤지컬<투란도트>를 바탕으로 제작된 영화 ‘투란도트 어둠의 왕국’은 호주 영화 ‘포겟 미 낫’, ‘파스트 디 아워’와 한국 영화 ‘경계인’, ‘장농’ 등을 연출한 김시우 감독이 메가폰을 잡고, 뮤지컬의 원작 스토리와 넘버를 녹여 내기 위해 원작곡자 장소영 음악감독이 합류했다.
