마음안심서비스 앱은 지정한 시간(최소 6시간~최대72시간) 동안 휴대폰을사용하지 않으면 사전에 등록된 가족, 지인 등 구호자에게 문자를 발송하는 서비스로 안드로이드 기반 휴대폰을 사용하는 군민 누구나 플레이스토어에서 앱 설치만 하면 무료로 사용할 수 있다.
뿐만 아니라 군은 코로나19 재유행으로 비대면 상담도 병행하고 전화, 카카오톡 채널 예천군청 챗봇 등으로 주민제보를 상시로 접수하고 있으며발굴된 위기가구 중 복합적 욕구를 가지고 있는 가구는 통합사례관리대상자로 선정해 지속적으로 관리해 나갈 방침이다.
윤상준 주민복지실장은 “도움이 필요한 이웃이 있으면 반드시 읍․면 행정복지센터 복지팀 등 복지관련 부서로 알려 위기가구가 신속하게 지원받을 수 있도록 어려운 이웃을 함께 찾아주시길 바란다.”고 당부했다.
