【브레이크뉴스 예천】이성현 기자=예천군(군수 김학동)은 14일,15일 양일간 한천체육공원 일원에서 전국 양봉농가 약 1만여명이 참석하는 제44차 전국 양봉인의 날&벌꿀축제가 개최된다고 밝혔다.
군에 따르면 이번 행사는 (사)한국양봉협회(회장 윤화현)가 주최하고 (사)한국양봉협회 경북도지회와 예천군지부가 주관하는 이번 행사는 양봉산물 생산과 생태계 유지 보존이라는사명감을 가지고 한 해 동안노력한 전국의 양봉인 자긍심을 고취시키고 몸에 좋은 국내산 벌꿀에 대한 홍보와 정보교류의 장이 될 것으로 기대하고 있다.
14일 양봉업 발전을 모색하기 위해 ‘꿀벌 병·해충 관리’라는 주제로 심포지엄이 진행되며 이와 함께 초청가수 축하공연과양봉인 노래자랑, 불꽃놀이 등 다양한 볼거리를 마련했다.
특히, 오후 1시에는 네이버 쇼핑라이브 채널인 라이브커머스를 통해 예천의 양봉산물을 직접 판매·홍보할 예정이다.
15일에는 개회식과 함께 전국 양봉인의 날 기념식이 진행되며 양봉인들의 단합력을 높이기 위해 양봉인 한마음 체육대회와 예천의 지역축제인 ‘2022 예천장터 농산물대축제’를 동시 개최해지역농산물 홍보·판매에도 나선다.
김경보 축산과장은 “이번 행사로 예천지역 벌꿀의 우수성을 적극적으로홍보해 예천 양봉산업 브랜드 가치를 높이는 한편 지역 경기 활성화에도큰 도움이 될 것”이라고 말했다.
