【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=대성에너지(주)(대표이사 윤홍식)는 지난 26일 제24회 가스안전 포스터공모전 시상식을 개최했다고 밝혔다.
대구시, 경산시 및 고령군 소재 초등ㆍ중학교 재학생들을 대상으로 진행된 이번 공모전은 가스사고 예방의 중요성 및 수소에너지의 친환경성을 고취시키기 위해 마련됐다.
70여 초·중등학교에서 600여명의 학생이 작품을 응모했으며 대구시교육청이 후원한 대상 수상의 영예는 단체부 다사중학교, 초등부 김기환(욱수초), 중등부 김서현(삼성현중) 학생이 각각 차지했다.
강은희 교육감이 행사에 직접 참석해 입상자를 시상하고 코로나로 지친 학생들에게 따뜻한 격려의 메시지도 함께 전했다.
한국가스안전공사(사장 임해종)가 후원한 개인부문 금상은 초등부 박시온(동평초), 중등부 이지수(경산여중) 학생이 수상했으며, 대구광역본부 신동호 본부장이 시상했다.
이번 공모전에서는 단체상(3개교), 초·중등부 개인상(24명), 초등부 가작(200명) 등 총 227명이 입상작으로 선정되었으며, 수상작은 추후 초·중등학교 '스스로의 안전점검의 날'행사 등에 전시될 예정이다.
대성에너지 윤홍식 대표이사는“공모전에 참여한 모든 학생들에게 감사하며, 미래를 이끌어 갈 청소년들이 이번 공모전을 통해 평소 생활 속 작은 안전 실천이 나와 내가족의 큰 불행을 막는 안전지킴이 될 수 있다는 사실을 기억해 주면 좋겠다.”고 밝혔다.
