26일, 달서구체육회에 따르면 이번 행사는 체육회 임직원을 비롯한 내빈들이 참석한 가운데 줌바팀의 식전 공연, 유공자 시상식, 달서인재육성장학재단 후원금 전달 등의 순으로 진행됐다.
달서구체육회는 2022년 한 해 달서구 체육발전에 기여한 유공자에게 표창패를 전달하는 한편, 한 해 동안 우수한 성적으로 달서구를 빛낸 달서구축구협회에 최우수 단체상을 수여했다.
또 올해 전국대회에서 입상한 지역 체육 유망주들을 격려하기 위해 월배중학교 육상부와 효성여자고등학교 농구부에 우수경기상을 수여하고 부상을 전달했다.
유공자 시상식 후 지역 인재육성을 위해 써달라며 2000만원의 후원금을 (재)달서인재육성장학재단(이사장 이태훈, 달서구청장)에 전달했다.
윤영호 체육회장은 “2022년 달서구 체육발전과 생활체육 활성화에 많은 노력을 기울여 주신 노고에 깊은 감사를 드린다"며" 내년에는 더욱 건강한 모습으로 활기찬 체육대회를 치를 수 있기를 고대한다.”고 밝혔다.
