안심식당은 감염병에 취약한 우리 식사 문화를 개선하고자 농림축산부식품부에서 도입한 외식업소 인증제를 말한다.
이번 추가 지정으로 군위군 내 일반음식점 총 368개소 중 57% 이상이 안심식당이 되며 식사문화로 자리잡고 있다.
군위군은 추가 지정된 업소에 안심식당 실천과제인 음식 덜어먹기, 위생적 수저관리, 종사자 마스크 착용 등의 지정조건에 맞는 위생용품을 지원했다.
또한, 내년 2023년에는 신규 업소 10개소와 기존 업소가 실천과제를 충실히 이행할 수 있도록 기존 업소에도 위생 · 방역물품을 지원할 계획이며 지정업소에는 주기적 점검으로 사후관리에도 주력할 방침이다.
군위군 관계자는 “코로나 19 상황 속에서 2020년부터 시작된 안심식당이 이제 새로운 식사문화로 자리 잡고 있으며 더불어 지역 외식산업이 활성화될 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고말했다.
