【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자= 대구시는 ‘2022년 하반기 안심식당 운영 우수 지자체 평가’에서 전국 1위 기관으로 선정돼 장관상을 수상했다고 9일 밝혔다.
농림축산식품부가 주관하는 이번 평가는 전국 17개 시·도와 225개 시·군·구를 대상으로 지정 및 관리, 홍보 등 4개 분야 7개 항목 실적에 대한 상대평가로 실시됐다.
대구시는 작년 한 해 안심식당 700여 개소를 추가 지정했고, 총 2,500여 개소에 대해 현장점검을 하는 등 지정·관리에 만전을 기했다.
또 지정된 업소에 위생물품, 종이수저집 등 인센티브를 제공해 영업자들의 자발적인 참여를 유도했으며, 대구푸드 홈페이지 게시 및 캠페인 등을 통해 대시민 홍보도 병행했다.
2022년까지 대구시 안심식당 지정업소는 2,700개소로 올해 600개소추가 지정을 목표로 확대해 나갈 예정이며, 지정업소에 대해서는 위생물품, 종이수저집, 가림막 등 인센티브를 제공할 계획이다.

김흥준 대구시 위생정책과장은 “장관상 수상으로 대구시의 안심하고 먹을 수 있는 외식환경 조성에 대한 노력과 성과를 인정받았다”며 “이번 수상으로 만족하지 않고 대구 어디에서나 안심하고 외식소비를 할 수 있는 안심 외식문화를 확산해 나갈 것”이라고 밝혔다.
