서구는 지난 1998년부터 일상생활에서 발생하는 다양한 법률, 부동산, 노무관련 분야에 어려움을 겪고 있는 주민들의 권익 보호를 위해 무료법률상담실을 운영해오고 있다.
무료법률상담실은 매주 수요일 오후 3시부터 5시까지 사전예약제로 운영되며, 상담 시간은 1인당 20분 이내로 법무사 또는 변호사가 상담을 진행한다.
또 무료세무상담도 매월 첫째 주 수요일 10시부터 12시까지 운영 중에 있으며, 이는 별도 사전 예약 없이 이용이 가능하다.
