【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=서구청(구청장 류한국)은 원대동행정복지센터에 무인민원발급기를 추가 설치했다고 5일 밝혔다.

이번 원대동 무인민원발급기 설치는 주민참여제안사업으로 추진되었으며 이용자의 접근성을 높이기 위해 동 청사 1층 방풍실에 설치하여 연중 24시간 운영된다. 

특히 이번에 설치된 무인발급기는 시·청각장애인겸용 발급기로 음성안내 서비스, 화면확대기능, 촉각모니터 탑재 등을 편의 기능을 제공하고 있으며 이용자의 눈높이에 맞게 화면높낮이도 조절되어 누구나 편리하게 이용할 수 있다.

무인발급기에서는 신분증 없이 지문인식을 통한 본인 확인 절차로 주민등·초본, 가족관계증명서 등 93종의 민원서류를 발급받을 수 있다.

서구는 총 8개소에 무인민원발급기를 운영하고 있으며  24시간 운영하는 곳은 서구청, 내당1동·상중이동·원대동 행정복지센터,대구의료원이다. 5월에는 서대구역에도 추가 설치할 계획이다. 

류한국 서구청장은 “원대·비산권역 주민들이 편리하게 민원서류를 발급받을 수 있게 되었다”며 “앞으로도 주민 편의의 다양한 민원행정서비스 제공을 위해 힘쓰겠다”고 밝혔다.

Seo-gu operates unmanned civil application issuing machines in a total of 8 locations, and the ones that operate 24 hours a day are Seo-gu Office, Naedang 1-dong, Sangjung-i-dong, Wondae-dong Administrative Welfare Center, and Daegu Medical Center. Additional installations are planned for Seodaegu Station in May.

“Residents in the Wondae and Bisan areas can now conveniently receive civil application documents,” said Ryu Han-guk, head of the Seo-gu Office.
