【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=대구서구정신건강복지센터는 멘탈잡고(멘탈JOB&GO) 사업을 지난달부터 운영하고 있다고 25일 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 취업준비생의 스트레스, 우울증 등 정신건강을 관리하고 자살 고위험군 발견 및 조기개입 환경을 조성하기 위해 마련됐다.
멘탈잡고(멘탈JOB&GO)는 서구에서 취업을 준비하고 있는 대학생, 휴학생, 졸업생 등 20~30대면 누구나 신청가능하며 고위험군 스크리닝과 멘탈 케어를 위한 상담 및 명상, 원데이클래스, 치료비 지원, 고위험군 사후관리 등 다양한 프로그램을 제공하고 있다.
현재 대구시 청년센터와 MOU를 체결했으며 한국폴리텍대학교 대구캠퍼스와도 MOU를 체결할 예정이다.
