【브레이크뉴스 군위】진예솔 기자=경북 군위 지역 주민들이 서울 용산구에 위치한 국방부 청사 앞에서 군공용화기 사격장 유치 반대 집회를 개최했다.

지난 13일 군위군 의흥면·삼국유사면 군공용화기사격장 반대추진위원회(이하 반추위) 50여명은 반대 집회를 통해 후보지 신청 철회 요구에 나섰다.

앞서 군위군은 군부대 이전 후보지로 우보면을, 군공용화기사격장 후보지로는 의흥면 지호리와 삼국유사면 인곡리 일대를 신청했다.

이에 이종은 삼국유사면 반대추진위원장은 “7월에 의흥면과 삼국유사면을 사격장 후보지로 신청하고 9월에 주민설명회 하는 것이 정상인가”라며 “군민의 생명과 재산권이 걸린 중차대한 문제를 주민에게 묻지도 않고 거꾸로 밀어붙인다”고 분노를 표했다.

아울러 이들은 김용현 국방부 장관에게 군공용화기사격장 군위 유치를 반대하는 내용의 건의서를 전달했다.

In addition, they delivered a letter of proposal to Minister of National Defense Kim Yong-hyun opposing the establishment of a military firearms shooting range in Gunwi.
