【브레이크뉴스 영주】이성현 기자=영주시는 이달 28일까지 경북도내 주민등록 농어업인을 대상으로 온라인과 오프라인을 통해 농어민수당을 신청 접수한다고 20일 밝혔다.
시에 따르면 농어민수당은 지난해 1월 1일 이전에 농업·임업·어업 경영체 정보를 등록한 농가의 경영주를 대상으로 경북도내에서 계속 1년 이상 거주한 실제 농어업에 종사하고 있는 사람이면 신청 가능하다.
다만, 농어업 외 종합소득 금액이 3천700만 원 이상이거나, 최근 5년내 직불금 등 보조금을 부정 수급해 적발된 사람, 공무원 등 공공기관의 임직원, 농지법·산지관리법·가축전염병예방법·수산업법을 위반해 처분 받은 사람 등은 지급 대상에서 제외된다.
3월 중 자격심사를 거쳐 대상자를 확정하고 4월과 8월에 각각 30만 원씩 영주사랑 상품권으로 농협 등 신청인이 선택한 지급처에서 지급한다.
지난해 공익직불금을 수령한 경영주는 주소지 읍면동사무소 방문을 하지 않고도 ‘모이소 경상북도’ 앱으로 모바일 신청이 가능하다. 모이소 경상북도 앱을 통해 본인이 신청하면 모든 서류가 면제된다.
김준한 농업기술센터소장은 “농어민 수당 지원사업을 통해 농가의 어려움을 조금이나마 덜어드리고, 지역경제에도 활력을 불어넣길 기대한다”며, “혜택을 받지 못하는 대상자가 생기지 않도록 기한 내 신청을 당부드린다”고 말했다.
