【브레이크뉴스 포항】박영재 기자=포항테크노파크(원장 이점식)는 데이터 활용 문화 확산과 함께 공공데이터를 활용한 새로운 비즈니스 모델의 발굴을 위해 영천시 주최로 개최되는‘제2회 영천시 공공데이터 활용 경진대회’의 참가자를 모집한다고 17일 밝혔다.

빅데이터 혁신 공유 대학(COSS)의 후원을 받아 포항테크노파크 경북SW진흥본부의 주관으로 진행되는 이번 대회는 공공데이터에 관심있는 국민 누구나 참여할 수 있으며, 별도로 마련된 경진대회 홈페이지를 통해 접수가 가능하다.

참가 부문은 아이디어 기획 부문으로 참가자들은 공공데이터를 활용한 창의적 아이디어 발굴을 주제로 아이디어의 핵심 사항과 사업화 가능성 등이 담긴 기획서를 작성하여 6월 16일까지 신청서와 함께 제출해야 한다.

심사는 1차 예선(서류심사)과 2차 결선(발표평가)으로 나누어 진행되며, 최우수, 우수, 장려, 입선, 특별상 등 10개 팀이 선정되며, 총 1,000만원의 상금이 수여될 예정이다.

최우수 수상팀에게는 250만원의 상금과 함께 행정안전부가 주최하는‘제11회 범정부 공공데이터 활용 창업 경진대회(왕중왕전)’에 대한 본선 참가자격이 주어지며, 별도로 해당 대회 참가 지원을 위한 전문가멘토링 프로그램도 지원될 예정이다.
