모집 대상은 공고일 기준 경상북도 내 주사무소 또는 공장, 부설연구소가 소재한기업이 대상으로, ‘중소기업기본법’ 제2조의규정에 따른 원전 관련 사업을 영위하는 중소기업이면 된다.

단, 원자력 국가산단의 성공적 조성을 위하여 지역 외 원자력 분야 중소기업도협약 후 2개월 이내 사업장의 주소를 이전하면 사업에 참여가 가능하다.

지원 프로그램은 특허출원 및 등록, 시험분석, 인증 획득, 박람회 참가로 구성되며, 기업당 1,500만원 이내에서 중복지원 가능하다.
