이번 ‘신고형 수시감독’은 대구·경북지역에서 최근 1년간 3회 이상 임금체불 등으로 신고사건이 제기되어 노동관계법 위반이 확인된 사업장 중에서감독 필요성이 높은 사업장 139개소를 선정하여 실시하게 된다.

이를 위해 사전에 자가진단을 통해 법 위반사항은 자율개선토록 안내하였고, 4월부터 6월까지대구노동청과 5개 지청의 근로감독관들이해당 사업장을 직접방문하여4대 기초노동질서 준수 여부등을 지도·감독하게 된다.

김규석 대구노동청장은 “감독대상 사업장에 미리 자가진단 방법을 안내해드린 만큼 법 위반사항은 자율개선해 주실 것을 당부드린다”며,

“현장감독에서 법 위반이 다수 적발된 사업장은 산업안전 분야 감독대상으로도추가 선정하는 한편, 상습·고의적 체불등으로 다수의 피해자가발생하거나 발생할우려가 있는 경우에는 특별감독으로 전환하여 강력히 조치하겠다”고 덧붙였다.
