이번 대구국제기계산업대전은 비수도권 최대 규모의 기계 종합컨벤션 행사로 대구국제자동화기기전과 국제첨단소재부품산업전이 동시 개최되며 글로벌 소재, 부품, 장비 분야 270여 개 기업이참가한다.

대경경자청은 이번 전시회에서 홍보관을 설치해 미래형 자동차부품 밸리 ‘영천하이테크파크지구’와 경북 전기차 차세대 무선충전 규제자유특구로 지정된 ‘경산지식산업지구’를 비롯한 대구경북경제자유구역 지구를 참가 기업과 참관객들에게 소개하고 기업유치 상담을 진행한다.

또한 성림첨단산업, 화신, 아진산업 등의 투자유치 사례를 통해 DGFEZ가 국내 복귀 최적의 입지로 부각되고 있는 만큼 해외사업장을운영 중인 국내기업을 대상으로 각종 국내 복귀기업 지원제도를 안내하고 유치 활동을 전개할 예정이다.

김병삼 청장은 “기계 소부장 산업은 DGFEZ의 핵심전략산업인 만큼 입주기업의 성장을 적극 지원할 뿐만 아니라 각종 인센티브 및 투자강점, 인프라에 대한홍보를 더욱 강화하고 잠재적인 투자처와의 지속적 네트워킹을 구축하여투자유치 확대에 최선을 다하겠다”고밝혔다.

Daegu Gyeongbuk Free Economic Zone Authority (Director Kim Byung-sam) announced that it will participate in the 2024 Daegu International Machinery Industry Fair held at Daegu EXCO from November 19 to 22 and operate a promotion hall.

This Daegu International Machinery Industry Fair is the largest machinery convention event outside the metropolitan area, and the Daegu International Automation Equipment Exhibition and the International Advanced Materials and Components Industry Fair will be held simultaneously, with approximately 270 companies in the global materials, parts, and equipment sectors participating.

Daegu Gyeongbuk Free Economic Zone Authority will set up a promotion hall at this exhibition to introduce the Daegu Gyeongbuk Free Economic Zone districts, including the ‘Yeongcheon High-Tech Park District’, a future-oriented automobile parts valley, and the ‘Gyeongsan Knowledge Industry District’, which has been designated as the next-generation wireless charging regulation-free special zone for electric vehicles in Gyeongbuk, to participating companies and visitors, and provide consultations for attracting companies.

In addition, as DGFEZ is emerging as the optimal location for domestic return through investment attraction cases such as Seonglim Advanced Industry, Hwasin, and Ajin Industry, we plan to provide information on various domestic return support systems for domestic companies operating overseas business sites and carry out attraction activities.
