‘지역특화 청년사업’은 지역 청년센터가 청년들의 수요와 특성에 맞춘 프로그램을 직접 기획·운영하는 공모사업으로, 동구는 이번에 ‘갓생오피스’ 프로그램으로 선정돼 총 1천만 원의 사업비를 확보했다.
‘갓생오피스’는 취업 준비에 어려움을 겪는 청년들의 구직 의욕을 높이고, 안정적인 사회 진입을 돕기 위해 마련된 프로그램이다. 가상회사 체험, 실제 직장 업무 경험 등 단계별 실습을 통해 실질적인 직무 역량을 키울 수 있도록 구성됐다.
참여 대상은 취업 준비생 및 조직 생활에 어려움을 느끼는 청년으로, 7월 10일까지 동구 청년센터 the꿈을 통해 신청할 수 있다. 이후 서류 및 면접 심사를 거쳐 최종 10명을 선발할 예정이다.
윤석준 동구청장은 “청년들이 ‘갓생오피스’를 통해 실무 경험과 역량을 쌓아 사회에 성공적으로 진출하길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 청년들의 삶에 실질적인 도움이 되는 정책을 적극 발굴하고 추진하겠다”고 밝혔다.
