한국뇌병변장애인인권협회 경북협회 포항시지회장은 “매년 잊지 않고 성금을 전달해 주시는 포항해양경찰서 직원들께 감사드린다”며 “전해주신 성금은 뇌병변 장애를 앓고 있는 어려운 이웃들에게 소중히 전달하겠다”고 감사의 뜻을 전했다.
